Design Requirements

The Gateway at Three Sisters was planned as a mixed-use development with multiple public nodes along a central spine boulevard. This area was intended to house high-tech companies and much-needed amenities for the Valley.

Solution

A masterplan was developed including ample walkways and bicycle lanes crisscrossing the development, connecting it with the residential neighborhood and surrounding natural environment. Space was allocated for offices, retail spaces, mixed-use and residential buildings.
